1. Purpose
TOKYO MEDI organizes Japanese medicine and health-product references, primary sources, medical guides and care-in-Japan entry points. It is not a medical institution, diagnostic system, prescribing service or personal medicine-purchase platform.
2. Using medical information
Medicine summaries link to the corresponding Japanese PMDA product record; health-product information follows the relevant manufacturer and pack labels. Current official documents and qualified professionals govern indications, doses, contraindications, risks and product status. Do not use this site to self-diagnose, change medication or replace emergency care.
3. Verification and review
Site verification means editorial comparison of names, strengths, sources and public information. It is not clinician review of an individual case. A page does not claim professional medical review unless a named reviewer is explicitly identified. Official approval or manufacturer documentation does not imply endorsement of TOKYO MEDI.
4. Institutional inquiries
Institutions, pharmacies and companies may prepare item-inquiry emails. The form creates a draft; it does not send automatically or promise quotes, supply or a transaction. Subsequent supply conditions, credentials and contracts require separate confirmation by the parties involved. Personal prescription-medicine purchase requests are not accepted.
5. External sources and images
External links support reference checking; linked content, services and sales belong to their respective sites. Names and source citations do not establish agency, partnership or affiliate relationships. Images, trademarks and third-party material belong to their rights holders. Check image provenance and licences rather than assuming all material is freely reusable.
6. Languages and versions
Complete reference bodies currently appear in English, Japanese and Simplified Chinese. Other language entrances offer translated navigation with an explicitly labelled English body. For differences in clinical terminology or translations, consult the corresponding Japanese official document and a qualified professional. Information may change as sources are updated.
7. Feedback and appropriate use
Report errors to beibei7jp1978@yahoo.co.jp with the page URL, affected item and primary source. Do not submit malicious content, falsify institution details or interfere with the service. See the privacy policy for privacy matters.
8. Updates
These usage terms were updated on 2026-10-05. Relevant pages will be updated when features or scope change. Actual transactions, clinical services and external platforms are subject to their separately stated arrangements.
